SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING & TAX

Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $500 USD. For orders under $500 USD, a standard shipping fee applies at checkout.

Dispatch & Delivery: All orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse via DHL / UPS / FedEx / SF Express. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing and delivery. Orders are typically shipped out every Friday.

SHIPPING: ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

You can also check the status of your order at any time by clicking the “View your Order” link in your original confirmation email.

IMPORT TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES

• No Local HK Tax: Prices on our website do not include sales tax, and no tax is added at checkout.
• Destination Import Fees: International packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees set by your local government.
• Customer Responsibility: Any import duties or customs charges are paid directly by the customer to the courier upon delivery. KUUKee does not set or collect these fees.
• Accurate Customs Value: In accordance with international shipping laws, all packages are declared at their full purchased value.

LOST & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

• Any customs charges or import duties paid are non-refundable.
• We do not refund for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pay local duties, the buyer is responsible for any reshipment costs & follow up with the courier.
