4. PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

  • Accuracy: We attempt to display product colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see depend on your display monitor settings and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Availability: Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is processed, we will notify you by email.

  • Pricing Errors: In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error or typographical mistake, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, we will promptly refund the full amount paid to your original payment method.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders over $500 USD, as outlined in our Shipping Policy. 

5. RISK OF LOSS & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from www.kuukee.co are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.

  • Import Duties & Customs: For all international deliveries outside of Hong Kong, the recipient is solely responsible for paying any local customs clearance fees, import duties, VAT, or government tariffs imposed by the destination country upon delivery.

  • Returned & Undeliverable Packages: Original customs fees and duties are non-refundable. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to pay local customs duties, the buyer is responsible for any reshipment costs. 

6. ONLINE RETURN POLICY

All merchandise returns, store credit issuances, and exchanges are strictly governed by our Online Return Policy. By placing an order on www.kuukee.co, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted our Return Policy terms.

We may provide links to external websites, affiliated entities, or third-party service providers.   • Service Interruptions: We do not warrant that your use of this Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful elements. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither KUUKee nor its officers, directors, employees, vendors, or affiliates shall be liable to any person or entity for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss, or injury resulting from your use or inability to use the Site. Your sole and exclusive remedy if dissatisfied with the Site is to discontinue using it.

  • Termination: These Terms remain effective unless and until terminated by KUUKee. We may terminate these Terms, close the Site, or revoke individual access rights at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, all disclaimers, limitations of liability, intellectual property protections, and indemnities set forth in these Terms shall survive.

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

By visiting www.kuukee.co, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your purchases on the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
